Onsite Bill is designed with privacy in mind. The following information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Client names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses you enter
• Estimates and invoices, including line items, amounts, and payment status
• App preferences and settings

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our App, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: App feature usage, crash reports, and performance data
• Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, transaction records are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Your business, client, and document data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. This data is not backed up to our servers and no account is required to use the App.

If you delete the App or clear its data, your locally stored information — including your clients and documents — will be permanently deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any information we do collect.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, or your clients' information, to third parties.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., RevenueCat for purchase management)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

When you share a PDF estimate or invoice from the App (by text, email, or another app on your device), that sharing happens through your device's own share sheet and the destination you choose — we do not see or store the shared content.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your information:

Since all of your business, client, and document data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time from within the App or by uninstalling it.
